Roll-out Coordinator

You will take care of the roll-out coordination of all applications released by the Online Product Team (web and mobile applications) within our regional teams

Reporting to the Head of Support, you will take care of the roll-out coordination of all applications released by the Online Product Team (web and mobile applications) within our regional teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • Testing the new applications/systems & features
  • Communication about the new solutions
  • Training/supporting the local users to ensure a high level of adoption
  • Creation of documentation & internal online training path (including videos)
  • Collecting feedback and satisfaction from the local offices
  • 2nd level of support on the new features & applications
  • Proposing improvements, new features and completely new solutions based on that feedback
  • Supporting the integration of new acquisitions (entities & events): analysis of their applications landscape, planning migration and trainings, communication, etc.

 

Main processes, systems, tools used

Wordpress, GES|Visit, Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Social Studio, Swapcard, Livestorm, custom mobile apps (visitor app, rebooking app)

 

Profile

  • BS/MS degree
  • Broad experience with online tools (CMS, registration systems, social media platforms…)
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English (knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus)
  • Early adopter of new technologies
  • Organised, attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Experience in training and coaching users
  • Ready to travel for business
